The test sorting is composed of PLC control + PC industrial computer. PLC controls AC servo motor, stepping motor and cylinder to complete the sorting function. PC is responsible for data acquisition, processing and data storage. Speed is 5000pcs/Hrs. The mechanical structure design is simple and generous, and the system test performance is stable.
