There are many kinds of test fixtures for testing the performance of BMS on the market. The test fixtures can be roughly divided into two categories.
One is charge-discharge test (charging and discharging the battery pack, advantages: high test efficiency, testing can be completed in one second. Disadvantage: the charge-discharge protection performance of BMS is tested).
The other is basic performance test of BMS( Advantages: It can test whether the voltage and overdischarge current of each section of the BMS have protective shortcomings: many test modules, low efficiency, single section of self-consuming power can not be tested, missed if by manual testing).
